My method of providing therapy emphasizes the importance of being true to yourself and what you value most, having acceptance, and looking at your whole environment and how that impacts you. GOTTMAN METHOD COUPLES THERAPY
The goals of Gottman Method Couples Therapy are to disarm conflicting verbal communication; increase intimacy, respect, and affection; remove barriers that create a feeling of stagnancy; and create a heightened sense of empathy and understanding within the context of the relationship
COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY
CBT looks at ways to challenge and positively change cognitive distortions and behaviors, improving emotional regulation, and help you develop personal coping strategies that target problem solving.
ACCEPTANCE AND COMMITMENT THERAPY
ACT teaches us to reduce painful thoughts and feelings and take action to gain the life we want. ACT is guided by your core values helping you be the person you want to be.
