Home: Welcome

You may look like you have everything together- but internally feel overwhelmed or stuck. Therapy can help you understand your patterns and create meaningful change.

You may benefit from therapy if you:

• Feel overwhelmed even though you “should” have life figured out
• Struggle with focus, motivation, or emotional regulation (ADHD)
• Find yourself repeating painful relationship patterns
• Carry trauma that still affects your present life
• Feel like you’re constantly overthinking or burnt out

You don’t have to navigate this alone. Therapy can help you understand what’s happening and build a different path forward.

Therapy That Meets You Where You Are

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable adults who feel overwhelmed internally — even if others see them as successful.

I specialize in working with adults and couples navigating:

• ADHD and executive functioning challenges
• Trauma and emotional overwhelm
• Relationship conflict or communication struggles
• Parenting concerns

Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and practical — helping you better understand your mind while building tools that actually work in real life.

ABOUT LONDON

Choosing a therapist is a personal decision, and it helps to know who you’re working with.

I’m London Mingo, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of clinical experience supporting adults and couples through emotional overwhelm, trauma, ADHD, and relationship challenges.

Before becoming a therapist, I served in the United States Marine Corps and later worked with military families in Okinawa, Japan. These experiences shaped my understanding of resilience, stress, and the importance of feeling truly supported.

As a mother of four, I also bring a grounded, real-life perspective to conversations about relationships, parenting, and life transitions.

My goal is simple: to provide a space where you feel understood while also gaining practical tools to move forward.
