I know how hard it is to pick a therapist, so I want to share a little about me. First, I am a mom of four amazing children ranging from kindergarten to high school senior. In another life (or so it sometimes seems), I proudly served in the Marine Corps for four years before deciding to return to school and focus on being a mom and starting a new career path. I began clinical counseling 10 years ago after receiving my MSW from the University of Southern California. I have had the pleasure of working with a diverse group of people on a variety of issues. I spent three years in Okinawa, Japan working with our amazing military service members and their families. After returning to the states I am excited to continue working with not only military, but people from all walks of life. My passions are adult ADHD, trauma/PTSD, and Perinatal Mental Health.
