Therapy That Meets You Where You Are
Hi! I'm London, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I offer supportive, collaborative therapy space for adults and couples navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and relationship challenges.
I provide telehealth therapy in North Carolina and Florida. I take select insurance plans and offer self-pay options. A free consultation is available to ensure we are a good fit.

ABOUT LONDON
I know how hard it can be to choose a therapist, so I want to share a little about who I am and how I work.
I’m London Mingo, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of experience in clinical counseling. I earned my MSW from the University of Southern California and have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of individuals across many life stages and challenges.
Before becoming a therapist, I proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. I also spent three years living and working in Okinawa, Japan, supporting military service members and their families. Those experiences deeply shaped my understanding of resilience, trauma, and the importance of feeling truly supported.
On a personal level, I’m also a mom of four amazing children, which gives me a grounded, real-world perspective on parenting, relationships, and life transitions.
My clinical passions include working with adults navigating ADHD, trauma and PTSD, perinatal mental health, and emotional overwhelm. I believe therapy works best when it’s collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to the individual — offering both understanding and practical guidance toward healing.
If you’re looking for support that honors your experiences and helps you move forward with clarity and confidence, I’d love to connect.
